I began developing web sites in 1997, starting first developing a website for a non-profit community organization and then eventually leading to a rewarding career. Current Postion My current position with J.S Paluch Company, Inc. as Team Lead of E-Commerce Web Development Group and managing a 5 people team as a Lead Programmer Analyst. Current responsibilities include but not limited to the overall management and direction of creative and strategic development for design and programming solutions. I offers the tenured experience of design management and creative direction to my team and whole IS group.
